In society we face a number of problems. We face many different problems from ocean to ocean, but the problem that causes the most problems these days are illegal drugs. With drugs, come many different problems. But as time passes, People and even users never knew what these drugs are capable of and the fact that even students at a very young age are already drug users.
Last July, The Peer Facilitators Club launched their newest campaign against illegal drugs. They held yet another symposium about it and showed how much it can cause a person. More effectively, one of the speakers, was actually a user before knowing what drugs can do, he whole heartedly shared how difficult his life was only because of these drugs. People go simply crazy is awful and sometimes drugs are the reason for going crazy. But why do people or more likely teens use illegal drugs? One main reason is out of curiosity and because of this, curiosity killed the cat, If you know what I mean. Another is because of peer pressure. The oh-sweet-guilty-pressure whether or not to use illegal drugs in order to be high (oraytt!). What made the symposium really effective was when the open forum started. Everyone seemed to be aware and are in full attention as they ask for undeniable questions out of confusion. The seminar was wrapped with a conclusion left for all to keep in mind that: Everyone can say NO to drugs and the next choice is yours. So, Be an Advocate and let us all together say, NEVER to drugs.
