Kapatiran activities, as always, are very overwhelming the fact that we are given the chance to help the people in need. We are greatly encouraged to reach out without any hesitation and simply have the heart to help others. Last December 10,2015, The Peer-Facilitators Club made yet another act of kindness through their successful outreach program at Brgy. Pasil. Every kid met brought such ball of joy to each of all but what we didn’t know is that each had a story to tell and not to mention their painstaking experiences

The ate’s and kuya’s of PFC helped one another to make everything possible to happen, bringing smiles to each child and interacting with them through every activity not to mention the games and performances presented by both kids and the students. The highlight and said to be the best part was the giving of gifts to the children! You can truly imagine how elated they are to just hear their names called out by “Sta. Clause and his elves”. Throughout the activity, It made all of us realize it was a real eye-opener. It made us become aware of the things, which we have normally taken for granted. It was so surprising to see how much little they have, yet at the same time they cherish each little blessing they receive and they never cease to be grateful for what is given to them.

To see that it was easier to please those who have less, because less. It also made all realize how much different we are, yet very much the same. But at the same time all of us have the same basic needs, . We are two planes on the same ground. It was truly amazing to see that despite what the children had went through they still managed to keep their faith. Once again, the Peer-Facilitators Club did not just outdone themselves this time but also Confidently reached-out with a heart.
